Flushodds Poker Pro does not collect your data. There is no account, no server and no analytics. This page explains what that means in detail, and what the one exception is.
What we collect
Nothing. We operate no server that receives your information, so there is no database of users, no logs of your hands and no record that you installed the app. We could not hand your data to anyone if we were asked for it, because we do not have it.
What the app stores, and where
Everything the app records — hands, solver history, training results, vlog metadata, session notes, bankroll figures and expenses — is written to a private database on your own device that only this app can read.
Video and voice recordings are written as ordinary files in the app's Documents folder. They are deliberately reachable from the Files app so you can drag footage straight into an editor. They are never uploaded anywhere.
iCloud sync, if you turn it on
Sync is off by default. Turning it on mirrors your data to your own private iCloud database, so it appears on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. That data is held in your iCloud account under Apple's terms, not ours — we have no access to it and no ability to read it. Video is never synced.
The one network request the app makes
Tapping to download a training session fetches one static file from this website. It is a plain request for a file and sends nothing about you back: no account, no identifier, no record of what you were doing. The request carries no cookies and no identifying header, and the app keeps no cache of it. That is the entire network surface of the app. Every solve, every equity calculation and every grade runs locally, with or without a connection.
Camera, microphone and photos
The app asks for the camera to film your session, to read cards and to photograph chips and receipts; for the microphone to record audio alongside that footage and your voice notes; and for your photo library so you can attach a receipt or copy a finished clip out. All of it is processed on the device. Card and chip recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. No image, frame or recording is ever sent off the device.
Purchases
The one-time purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, and we receive no personal information about you from the transaction. The app asks Apple whether a purchase exists; it stores no flag of its own.
What the app does not do
- No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No third-party SDKs that collect anything.
- No selling or sharing of data, because there is none to sell or share.
Children
The app is a poker study tool and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, children included.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its database and its files from the device. If you turned on iCloud sync, the mirrored copy is removed through iOS Settings, under your Apple Account's iCloud storage, in the same place every other app's iCloud data is managed.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. The app's behavior is what this page describes; a change to one would mean a change to the other.
